Drum Roll Please.......

The day has arrived! On Thursday, May 15, 2008 Kaitlyn Olivia Landis made her debute into the world at 10:49am; weighing in at 5lbs and 15 oz and a whopping 18.5" long....

Here is a link to some pictures for ya!

She is doing well! However, her Bilirubin count is a little high- she is at 17.5 today, if she would happen to get to 20 we go back into the hospital to be put under the lights. We had a test today and got these results- her count went up by 4 points to the 17.5 (bummer)... we will go again tomorrow for another test and see where we are then.... so we pray that the count is coming down! She is sunbathing today to help with all that!

Thanks for all the prayers, calls, visits, care, concern and love you have all shown us these past several days!

Hey guys - just wanted to tell you Mama called me and told me you had that sweet lil' baby girl. We think she's just beautiful. Tell everyone Hi and love them. Oh boy Roger and Myrna have another baby girl too spoil. That's too cool. I too went through that bilirubin thing with Shelley, but she's 21 and I just can't remember a whole lot. I know the lights help but she was in hospital for 3 days. You're all in our prayers and try not to worry. Love ya, Eric and Denise.

Congrats! So exciting. Kaylee's count was up too - but we were still in the hospital, so she got the bluelight (an expensive regular light bulb colored blue! nothing special!). They told us the more she pooped the more she was clearing out. Hoping for lots of poops!

Cheryl I loved all the pics! I especially like the one of you and Matt looking down at her....Precious! She looks so tiny in Matt's arms. What a beautiful girlie!

Oh my goodness, she is seriously gorgeous! What a good mix of Mommy and Daddy!

There's one pic of matt at her...he looked so smitten and tears automatically came to my eyes. Yes, I AM hormonal :) but there's something about a daddy and his little girl that get me every time.

How's Buxton handling everything?
